Organise! - what's happening?
Readers will be aware that only two issues of Organise! appeared in the year of 1997. We have prided ourselves on bringing Organise! out as regular as clockwork four times a year. However lack of funds have meant that the production of Organise! slowed down in 1997. We know that you, dear readers, look forward to each issue of Organise! and we hope to be back on schedule for 1998. You can help to keep us regular (!) by taking out standing orders to Organise!, taking out supporters subscriptions or ordinary subscriptions, sending cheques or postal orders (for any sum from as low as 50p to your entire National Lottery win of millions of pounds), made payable to ACF.
Readers may or may not be aware of the appearance of our agitational newsheet Resistance the pilot issue of which appeared in time for the Anarchist Bookfair in October. At an ACF National Conference it was decided to suspend publication of both Active Resistance our magazine aimed at young people and our local Resistance newsheets produced in London, Newcastle and Merseyside, and to concentrate on a new agitational produced by the ACF on a Britain-wide level. If you want copies of this send 20p plus postage or SAE to the London address. A new issue of Resistance is due for January.
